Research for the heart of women in pictures
It was on the 30th of September 2014 in the prestigious meeting room of the Institut de France, where so many major discoveries had been honoured, that was presented the first scientific council, dedicated to research programmes targeted on the cardio-vascular diseases of women.
In this video you will find the highlights of this exceptional as well as innovative event, in which participated the members of the scientific council, everyone stating for their field the absence of existing research up to today for the heart of women. The meeting was chaired by Professor Bach, standing secretary of the Academy of Science and by the chancellor of the Institut de France, Mister Gabriel de Broglie, recalling in his emotional speech that the heart of a woman is not only that romanesque heart to which it is too often associated, but that it also was that unique organ for which it is high time to worry about by conducting a research adapted to its singularity.
Men and women united for the heart of women, this was the golden thread of the speakers, who have welcomed unanimously the engagement and the heartfelt path of Madame Danièle Hermann.
